With regard to FluxPlayer, the file types are as listed in my original post. Sadly, the PC files' 1 time burn option is expired. Inside the video folder, it shows the usual BUP, IFO, and VOB files. Loading a disc in the burner of the PC shows (in explorer) the usual AUDIO_TS & VIDEO_TS folders. fluxDVD unknown but play brief audio clip only just like VLC. Same sounds loop no matter what title is opened this way, BTW. I think it's playing the audio "loop" from the title screen over and over. VLC names the file as, "VTS_01_0.XVO" quote. Opening it with only VLC I am hearing fine audio but no video. The Windows property info of the pc stored file says, ".fluxDVD" Flux Media file.
